ADULT SPORT LEAGUES

Completed roster, signed waiver/code of conduct, and payment required at time of registration to be considered for eligibility and placement. Fees must be paid by authorized credit card (Visa, M/C), personal check or cashier’s check. CDL# must be provided on submitted check. Registration location is at the Cypress Community Center. League registrations are open until filled on a first-come first serve basis.
