Council Member
Todd Seymore is serving his second term on the
Cypress City Council. He served as Mayor in 2007-08.
Council Member
Seymore is a graduate of Kennedy High
School in La Palma and attended California State
University, Fullerton for a Certificate in Industrial
Distribution. He has been in the Electrical Distribution
Industry for more than 30 years and currently
works at Omni Cable as an Account Manager. He is
a community volunteer and has served on the Cypress
Community Festival Association for six years, serving
as the Chair in 2003 and 2004. Since 1998 Council
Member Seymore has volunteered with Habitat for
Humanity as a crew leader in helping to build more
than 55 homes. He has served as a member of the
Cypress High PTSA, and was the President of the
High School's Back Stage Boosters Club. Additionally,
he is highly involved in his church. Council Member
Seymore is a graduate of the Citizens Police Academy
and has completed the Community Emergency Response
Team (CERT) training program.

currently representing the City of Cypress on

Mayor Pro Tem Seymore has lived within the Cypress vicinity since 1967. He, his wife Terri, and their two daughters Lily and Nicole, officially moved to the City in 1998.
