2010 State of the City Address Delivered by Mayor Prakash Narain M.D., January 27, 2010

City Council held a Goal Setting workshop in April 2007 and the following new goals have been established for the City:

• Pursue retail development and continue to diversify City's economic base.
• Communicate with residents and businesses, and foster community well-being.
• Continue to implement plans for adequate replacement funds for public facilities and infrastructure.
• Sustain and enhance public safety.
• Provide for effective government operations.
