1.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Meeting of October 8, 2012.

Recommended Action:  Approve as submitted.

2.  MOTION TO INTRODUCE AND/OR ADOPT ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS PRESENTED FOR CONSIDERATION BY TITLE ONLY AND TO WAIVE FURTHER READING.

3.  PROCLAIMING NOVEMBER 7, 2012 AS “LAW ENFORCEMENT RECORDS AND SUPPORT PERSONNEL DAY” IN THE CITY OF CYPRESS.

Recommended Action:  That the City Council officially proclaim November 7, 2012 as “Law Enforcement Records and Support Personnel Day” in the City of Cypress.

4. REVIEW OF INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER, 2012.

Recommended Action:  That the City Council receive and file the Investment Report for the month of September, 2012.

5.  APPROVAL OF COMMERCIAL WARRANT LIST AND WIRE TRANSFERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012-13 FOR WARRANTS NO. 23651 THROUGH 23803.

Recommended Action:  That the City Council approve the attached warrant registers and wire transfers for Fiscal Year 2012-13.

6. DE NOVO HEARING IN CONSIDERATION OF SANCTIONS AGAINST CYPRESS POP WARNER FOOTBALL.

Recommended Action:  That the City Council, acting as the ex-officio governing Board of Directors for the Cypress Recreation and Park District, conduct a de novo hearing to review and consider the decision by the Recreation and Community Services Commission concerning sanctions against Cypress Pop Warner Football on matters to include policy violations, field/facility usage, and qualifications for priority scheduling at low-to-no cost to the group.
