City offices are located at 5275 Orange Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630. The City is in North Western Orange County, California, east of the San Gabriel River Freeway (605), south of the Artesia Freeway (91) and north of the Garden Grove (22) and San Diego (405) Freeways. City Hall: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; Fridays, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Police Department: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; Weekends, 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Recreation & Community Services/Community Center: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Senior Center: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
