Welcome to the "Project Page" for the proposed development of the 33 acre site located at the northeast corner of Katella Avenue and Enterprise Drive in the City of Cypress. A development proposal has been submitted to construct a 725,000 square foot warehousing and light manufacturing center on the site. This page has been created to provide a central source of information for the project. The links below provide access to data, documents, and activities relating to the development proposal.
